How much does eve business cost?

How is payment made?
Payment is made per one event through Stripe, our payment gateway.

Are my card details being saved on eve?
No, we do not save your card details.

If I cancel an Event, do I get a refund?
Once payment is processed there will be no refund. (for exceptions requests you would need to reach out to us by email to [email protected])

Can I Stop or pause my event when I already went live?
Once you the event goes live you can neither stop it nor pause it.

If I have an Event that I want to run for 2 consecutive days, what do I do?

Can I live stream to social media platforms?
Currently, you can only live stream on Eve platform.

Can I connect extra devices to extend the features?
We support android, iPhone, windows and mac OS only.
